1. About Urmila Convention
Urmila Convention is a full-time convention centre located at:

We provide venue services for:

A booking is considered confirmed only after:
- Final discussion of date, timing, and requirements, and
- Payment (advance/full) as agreed, and
- Confirmation by Urmila Convention management.
3. Venue Usage Rules
Customers and guests must:
- Maintain cleanliness and proper conduct
- Avoid damaging venue property
- Follow safety rules and instructions provided by venue staff
- Ensure the event stays within the approved time limit
Urmila Convention reserves the right to stop any activity that may:
- Damage property
- Create nuisance
- Break legal or safety rules
4. Payment Terms
Payments for booking may include:
- Advance payment (to confirm booking)
- Remaining payment (before or on the event date, as agreed)
Payment amount, package details, and included services will be confirmed during booking discussion.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling depends on:
- Date availability
- Event timing
- Agreement between customer and Urmila Convention
Any refund or adjustment (if applicable) will be decided based on the booking terms and timing of cancellation.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking details
- Guest behavior and conduct
- Any external vendor arrangements (if allowed)
- Any damages caused by guests or vendors
7. Third-Party Services
Some event-related services like catering, decoration, music, photography, etc., may involve third parties.
Urmila Convention is not responsible for disputes or quality issues with third-party vendors unless explicitly included in our service agreement.
8. Website Content & Accuracy
We try to keep our website information up to date. However, service availability, facilities, pricing, or features may change without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Urmila Convention is not liable for:
- Personal belongings lost during an event
- Any indirect losses or damages
- Delay due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
